Evening Of Reflection

The Town Council organises an Evening of Reflection every year just before Christmas. It is a short ceremony to reflect upon those special family and friends who are no longer with us. The event is held on Legion Green which is the Public Open Space to the south of All Saints Church car park off Ropes Drive West. Over the last few years we have upwards of 60 people attend.

There are no restrictions on who can attend or who you wish to remember. As part of the ceremony, for those who wish to do so, a gold coloured star can be purchased and a dedication to a lost loved one inscribed upon it. The stars will then be displayed and remain as an act of remembrance over the Christmas period. Kesgrave Scout Group usually kindly agreed to serve complimentary refreshments at the service.

The stars are usually available in November from the Council Office, the 2nd Stop Charity Shop and Penzance Road Post Office in Kesgrave.

Exact arrangements are published in the Kesgrave News and this website at the appropriate time.
