Council Meetings
Council meetings are held in the Council Office on the second Monday of each month and Committee meetings are usually held on the last Monday of the month. Residents are most welcome to attend both Council and Committee meetings but may only speak in the adjournment.
The Council agendas are displayed in notice boards around the Town one week before the meeting takes place and are also on display in the special ring binder in the Library. The same ring binder also contains the last 6 months of meeting minutes although, obviously, we can only publish the meeting minutes after they've been agreed. For instance the November minutes aren't available until after the December meeting but if you haven't got the time to attend a meeting at least you can see what's been discussed and what the subsequent outcome was. Alternatively the meeting minutes can be viewed at the Council Offices or on this website.

Council Meeting dates for 2012/2013 are as follows:
NB: Committees meet a fortnight before Council meetings (last Monday of each month), giving time for the Clerks to prepare minutes etc. This is the established practice of regular Committee meetings however if there is no business to discuss for any particular Committee meeting it will be cancelled. Please note that dates are adjusted for public holidays.
Committee meeting agendas and/or cancellation details will only be displayed in the noticeboard outside Kesgrave Town Council Office.
