Annual Town Meeting (ATM)
The Annual Town Meeting is usually held in the Conference Suite at Kesgrave Community Centre towards the end of March at 7.15pm (previous to 2010 it used to be mid May).
The meeting is chaired by the Town Council Chairman and presents an opportunity for residents to meet the Town Councillors. District and County Councillors are also invited, reports are made on behalf of organisations within Kesgrave and there is an opportunity to ask questions of the Town Council. “Service to the Community” awards are also presented.
So please come along, meet your Town Council members, give your views on Kesgrave and watch the presentation of the Community Awards.
