Dear Scout Leader,
Please find attached the rules and instructions for the District Cooking Competition together with an example parent letter that you customise and send out as appropriate.
The judges this year are xxx. xxx will bring the trophy. xxx will provide all the ingredients.
Please let xxx (ADC Scouts) and me know if you want to enter a team or not together with details of any special dietary needs of your team. We can take a maximum of 16 teams. We would like to have at least one from each Group but if a group is not attending then we can allocate it safely to another group. This has never been a problem in the past so please start by entering as many teams as you can get.
Please return all applications for teams by Thursday 17th Jan. Entry fees can be paid on the day. Cheques should be made payable to xxxx. I will send out a list of participating teams after 17 Jan.
