Pilates
Pilates is a whole-body workout that focuses on moving from the centre, building core stability and abdominal muscles, and improving overall muscle tone and flexibility. Pilates builds muscle strength without adding bulk, giving you a longer, leaner and younger look.

Tripudio (formerly LeBed)
The Lebed Method helps to improve range of movement, relieve ‘frozen shoulder’, reduce neck and shoulder pain, improve balance and stabilise weight

Although the Lebed Method was originally designed for breast cancer patients, it is beneficial for those with other cancers, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, arthritic and rheumatoid conditions, Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease, depression and anyone with chronic conditions.

It is also suitable for all ages and fitness levels as participants can take part either standing or sitting. Men and women can participate.
