The help centre is a small charity based in Kesgrave that helps elderly and disabled people in the area with transport for those that find it difficult to use public transport. They take several residents to places like doctors, local shopping and clubs.
They also hold coffee mornings every Thursday morning in the Community Centre from 10.00am to approximately 11.30am with fish and chips available every fortnight for those that stay on for lunch.
