Town Council Calendar of Meetings and Events

Please note:

Council meetings are held in the Council Office on the second Monday of each month

Committees meet a fortnight before Council meetings (last Monday of each month), giving time for the Clerks to prepare minutes etc. This is the established practice of regular Committee meetings however if there is no business to discuss for any particular Committee meeting it will be cancelled. Please note that dates are adjusted for public holidays.

Committee meeting agendas and/or cancellation details will only be displayed in the noticeboard outside Kesgrave Town Council Office.
