The Council Office is situated in Ferguson Way. Residents are welcome to call on Monday and Friday from 9.00am to 1.00pm and from 9.00am to 3.00pm on Wednesdays with their queries.

Council meetings are held in the building on the second Monday of each month and Committee meetings are usually held on the last Monday of the month. Residents are most welcome to attend both Council and Committee meetings but may only speak in the adjournment.

The Council agendas are displayed in notice boards around the Town one week before the meeting takes place and are also on display in the special ring binder in the Library. The same ring binder also contains the last 6 months of meeting minutes although, obviously, we can only publish the meeting minutes after they've been agreed. For instance the November minutes aren't available until after the December meeting but if you haven't got the time to attend a meeting at least you can see what's been discussed and what the subsequent outcome was. Alternatively the meeting minutes can be viewed at the Council Offices.
