Committees to meet a fortnight before Council meetings (last Monday of each month), giving time for the Clerks to prepare minutes etc. This is the established practice of regular Committee meetings however if there is no business to discuss for any particular Committee meeting it will be cancelled. Please note that dates are adjusted for public holidays.

Committee meeting agendas and/or cancellation details will only be displayed in the noticeboard outside Kesgrave Town Council Office.
